With this expansion, BigPay users can remit funds easily to the United Kingdom and Europe easily now.

The direct wiring option will cover, among the 38 countries, the following:

  • England
  • Northern Ireland
  • Scotland
  • Wales
  • France
  • Germany
  • Italy
  • Belgium
  • Spain
  • Various countries in East Europe

BigPay users need not worry about facing any complicated processes as it is a matter of firing up the e-wallet, selecting the destination country, adding the recipient’s details, and sending the funds over. To encourage quick take-up among BigPay users, there is now a free international transfer offer for a limited time to remit funds to these 38 countries.

According to Salim Dhanani, CEO and Co-Founder, BigPay, next-gen financial technology being used is how the platform reduces the cost and complexity of sending money abroad.

“We (constantly) ensure that it is affordable, convenient and transparent for users to transfer money abroad – whether it is to send money home to loved ones, to university bills or for overseas purchases. (Beyond this next expansion,) BigPay will continue to expand the remittance feature and will soon have the ability to accept incoming transfers from anywhere in the world with the best exchange rates,” added Salim.

Beyond the expansion of its remittance into Europe, BigPay users can expect to see more updates for the current services BigPay has for Asia as it continues to streamline the money transference process in Australia, Bangladesh, China, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Nepal, the Philippines, Singapore, and Thailand.
